  • Bluetooth lockbox for maximum security accessible only by approved professionals. Sends real-time notification of all attempts at entry.
  • Staging assistance prior to photos; Professional staging available upon request
  • Professional photography package (aerial drone views optional)
  • Listing in Bright Multi List accessible to buyers/Realtors in 7 states—Your home will be automatically emailed to area buyers if it meets their custom search criteria. Data feed will distribute to Wolfecr.com, Realtor.com and over 700 affiliates. Our listings also appear on Zillow and Trulia. Traffic re-ports optional.
  • All of our listings are featured on Cumberlink and PennLive news sites
  • Promote listing on social media outlets, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
  • E-mail marketing flyer to Area Top Agents and our subscribing followers with MailChimp (optional)
  • Hold Open Houses (Optional) and advertise opens via internet
  • Utilize software for easy showing requests/coordination from buyers’ agents and obtain TIMELY feedback. We do this, NOT you.
  • Assure potential buyers are pre-approved with legitimate lender for required financing & review all contract details.
  • Manage all paperwork, negotiations and contingencies with utmost care. Your agent will do this PERSONALLY.
  • Assure that all contingencies on contract are completed in a timely manner
  • Attend closing to assure a smooth transaction
